Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling different areas of the property.
